Sunrider® Direct Korea Supports ChildFund Korea Program for Children with Developmental Disabilities
Good Works
Sunrider Direct Korea Ltd., held a donation ceremony on July 24, 2025, at ChildFund Korea headquarters in Jung-gu, Seoul. ChildFund Korea is a philanthropic organization that has championed children’s rights and welfare for over 77 years.
Event attendees included Shin Jung-won, Executive Director of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Collaboration at ChildFund Korea, and Hack Geun Song, Country Manager of Sunrider Direct Korea.
This donation ceremony was particularly meaningful as it extended the impact of the “Children’s Environmental Education Pop-up Book-Making” booth, which was organized in collaboration with ChildFund Korea during the 2025 Sunrider Grand Convention Korea, held at the Inspire Resort in Incheon last June.
Sunriders from around the world assembled educational pop-up books at the hands-on ChildFund Korea booth. The activity—titled “Craft a Gift. Change a Life.”—was one of the most visited experiences at the convention, reinforcing a convention theme of global connection and compassion.
Sunrider Direct Korea covered all costs for producing the Children’s Environmental Education Pop-up Books, which will be distributed free of charge to institutions for use in educating children with developmental disabilities.
Since signing an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with ChildFund Korea in 2024, Sunrider has remained committed to continuous sponsorship programs.
Song stated: “Sunrider, not only in Korea, but globally, has always made every effort to fulfill its social responsibilities. In particular, we have focused on supporting underprivileged children, single mothers, women in crisis, and their families. We will continue to pursue diverse initiatives to support and empower them toward self-reliance.”
