Sunrider Direct Korea won the 2023 Customer Trust Brand Award in the Beauty Brand Category. This grand prize award was presented at an event hosted by Donga Ilbo Newspaper,Women's Donga Magazine,Weekly Donga Magazine, and G Valley News (Online).

The award ceremony was held April 27, 2023, at the Novotel Ambassador Hotel in Seoul and serves to recognize companies for branding excellence. An overarching aim of the award program is to “pursue social value and differentiated customer value through technological innovation and strengthening core competencies, and to create a healthy and sustainable future society.”
